I've slowed down alot. When I leave Walmart and take my stuff out of the buggy, the greeter has asked me if I'd like to use it for support walking to the car. Actually, that is the reason I get a cart in the first place to go through the store. And to think, 15 years ago, I ran 60 miles a week. Had for years! Hmm, coincidence? That and osteoporosis.Getting older is hard-the alternative at this point is a hell of a lot worse!
