Thursday - March 4, 2010 Summer Opportunities Fair Resources for the Autism and Disability Community The Autism Society of Middle Tennessee is pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Summer Opportunities Fair, in collaboration with the Junior League Family Resource Center of The Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. This year, we are expecting over 50 individuals and agencies to participate, sharing recreational, research, and summer opportunities for the autism and disability community. This fair will feature recreational opportunities such as camps, arts, music, dance, swimming, and parks & recreation programs, and various research programs available through local universities. Directions: · Take I-40 toward downtown Nashville. · Take the Broadway exit away from downtown. · When the road forks bear left to stay on Broadway (which turns into 21st Ave). · Continue on 21st Avenue for slightly over 1 mile. · Turn right onto Blakemore Avenue. · Turn right onto 23rd Avenue. You will be facing the Children's Hospital and the South parking garage. · Turn left at the stop sign onto Children's Way. The entrance to South parking garage is on the right. Parking is Free after 5:00 p.m. The main entrance to the hospital is on the second floor of the parking garage. Take the walking bridge to the Children's Hospital entrance. The information desk will be in front of you for directions to the event or you can follow signs to the First Tennessee Theatre. For more directions go to www.vanderbiltchildrenshospital.com

The Creative Discovery Museum has Club D for kids...I can find out more info if anyone is interested?
