Congrats and good luck! I wouldn't put too much stock on what the doctors say about weight though as we found out yesterday. My son's daughter was born yesterday! When they saw the doctor last Thursday, the doctor said the baby weighed 7 1/2 pounds and would weigh about that when she was delivered. Well, when Krystian made her appearance yesterday, she weighed in at 8 lbs 12 oz! Only 2 oz less than her daddy was when he was born, and she was only an inch shorter than he was at birth. She was also about 2 weeks early, though this was planned to coincide with his leave. My Soldier and his new daughter!!  |

Yeah.. Tell me about it.. Even though I know 2 weeks is really not that much, and it'll be here before I know it.... Thanks! Congrats to ya and your son as well. My wife just came back from the hospital. The C-section was moved up another week. This is going down next Friday. Oh boy! Oh boy! Oh boy!

That will be soooo exciting! Though with Jeff and Tara, they had to be there so early in the morning that everyone was worn out by noon.

They were scheduled for 7:30 and had to be there at 5:30.  Made for a very early day, especially with the thunderstorms that rolled through here around 1 a.m. and then again at 3 a.m. |

I didn't know Erlanger had wireless service, or I would have taken the ole' laptop. Since my wife had a c-section, we've been at the hospital since Friday and just came home today. Baby's details: Baby boy Born 3 weeks premature. 6 pounds, 5 ounces, 20 inches. Everyone's doing well. Yay! Thanks again to everyone for your thoughts and prayers. |
