The World Famous Hellzapoppin Sideshow Revue returns to JJ's Bohemia Wednesday March 3rd. You’ve seen these performers as a group and individually on TV shows like The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Discovery Channel, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, The Learning Channel, Guinness Book of World Records, HDNet, The National Geographic Channel and much more. This particular incarnation of the show features sword swallower Lady Diabla, Illusionist John Shaw, Zamora the Torture King (formerly of the original Jim Rose Circus), and that grifter with the gift of gab Bryce Graves. Joining them will be the Scenic City's own Subterranean Cirqus bringing you their own chaotic variety show featuring dangerous stunts, feats of strength, demonstrations of human endurance, and much more. All for the price of only $10 Tickets would normally be double that anywhere else for a show of this quality and size. This is not to be missed! Show will begin around 9pm. 21 and up only! Come Support Alternative and Abnormal Arts in Chattanooga!

Too bad it isn't the original Hellzapoppin musical. Agreed. And I've heard the traveling stage show of the original Hellzapoppin was much better than the movie that was released. These guys don't seem to be playing off that at all except that its slightly a variety show. What happened to everyone on the board that was big fan of Jim Rose? Torture King is from the original cast from 1992. Keep in mind Jim was a hell of a talker but without the other performers that wouldn't have been much of a show.

A big thank you to my friends in the Subterranean Circus for yet another great show! A big thank you to the fine people of the Hellzapoppin Troupe for coming to town and entertaining us! And a really big 'Get Better Soon" to our dear Pinkie the Princess of Pain
