Why did you pick your forum name?
I felt old on the day I first signed onto the forum, so I tried to pick Yoda. It was taken, so I went with Yodanbr2 (Yoda number 2), but some people thought it was Yo Dan and didn't know what to do with the br2. When the latest version of the forum came about, I was able to make my name appear as Yoda. No big deal.
Where did your name come from?
Especially you, Tsavodiner.

My husband was a Sgt when I signed up on the forum (after years of an absence), and his nick name for me is bunny. He's now a Staff Sgt so I changed my name to that. When he picks up Gunny I'm going to have to really think hard.....something about Gunny'sBunny just does not seem to be at all professional! ;^)

Mine is a long story. But the short version involves Dwanye Gass and Red Dog beer.

Mine involves a bunch of Bolivians, a can of gasoline, an abandoned gold mine, and a boomerang.

Are there red light and speed camera's in Black Fox? Absolutely NOT! We're all about individual freedom and small government in Black Fox.

How about enviromental officers to ensure one's grass isn't too tall?

How about enviromental officers to ensure one's grass isn't too tall? Just burn more of it then Oh, you said "too tall", not "too high". My bad.

It's all in the pruning....I hear.

Dragging the thread, kicking and screaming, back on track...
It's my old orc name. When we made LOTR/LARP/D&D orc costumes, back before the movie when you could still be creative about it, hubby named his the most grotesque thing he could think of, "Gristle Pusswort". The mold for my mask fell and broke right before our first scheduled appearance, so my first mask had a large 'scar' on the face where the pieces were hastily reassembled. I also had a large red cape. The combination of the 'scar' face and red cape dubbed me "Scarlett Pusswort". Her persona flowed from the idea that she thought she was the "Scarlett O'Hara" of the orc world.

I liked the idea that I could argue politics with strangers who wouldn't take things too personally. To say what I think and not have to face that person at work the rest of the day. The perfect arena to find out how a lib thinks and why... I've been enlightened by a few explanations, but most lib mind sets still baffle me. So the conservative super hero was born... Conservator. On a mission from God... to force libs to explain themselves. Usually an impossible feat. I even thought about having a masked wrestler as my avatar... but then saw that someone named MikeyDokey had the same thing at the time. Didn't want to be associated with him of course for he is no super hero.

Once upon a time I travelled as a photographer (and, briefly, had a studio in Chattanooga) and shot family portraits, glamor, pictorial church directories, and fund-raising programs. Did a fund-raiser for the volunteer fire department in Flat Lick, KY many years ago, and some of the good folks from out in the country would stand around and watch "the pictureman strike their beauty with his Kodak." I had a great time; the fire department made a little money; I lost over $3000 in expenses; the name stuck.

I played trombone in school, and carried it home (walking) the first day I logged into a bbs. 300 baud... blazing fast. So I picked the name tbone. Eventually that morphed in dabone, as tbone was way too common of an internet name.
later, dabone

So, my sister dragged me to Chattanooga for the final closing of the Stone Lion where I met this guy... We decided to date - long distance - and to find out more about him, I joined the forum. As a kid, I was a huge fan of the Richard Scarry books. One of the characters is Lowly Worm, so I based my forum name accordingly.
