I started to get a detailed bill from EPB and noticed a charge of $7.25 customer charge. I called EPB and was told that we all are charged this fee just to have electric power available, even if you don't use any power you are still charged $7.25. I have never heard of such a thing.. :-/

They charge me sewer service but I'm on a septic tank.
