Cinco de Mayo is a big day for little dogs! Come on down to the Tennessee Pavillion on Cinco de Mayo to see the Running of the Chihuahuas! There are 96 dogs racing, and of course Pasha will be too.  Festivities start at 4. You know you don't have anything better to do after work so come on down, enjoy a cold Corona, and cheer for Miss Pasha! |

I called PETA and the ACLU about this obvious enslavement and forced athleticism of the Chihuahuas for monetary gain (There will be friendly wagering, right?)
They are sending naked women to protest. (PETA is, I mean. The ACLU and "Naked" don't go well together.)

My dog was not allowed to play in the doggie games.
Something about questioning her breeding and her rather large stature.

Maybe next year Aza can wear a chihuahua costume. I'm pretty sure she was the biggest one there.

While going through the photos I took, something I didn't notice that is funny is the number of people trying to "aim" their Chihuahua .. [grin]

Pasha placed third in the run she was in. She ran a good race but lost out to a younger and highly motivated little dog. From the pictures Kelly took (on FB) we believe he was a little black hoverdog.
