Carta has the attitude more riders will take the dog before the bird to get out of town.

If someone can afford a plane ticket, they can afford a rental car. That's why Carta delivers to Greyhound but not the airport. Just not enough riders. On a side note, company I used to work for was one of the companies that developed their fuel cells.

Even here, the bus goes to the airport.
By "here", I mean Anchorage, not Homer.

They will probably have a shuttle eventually to the VW plant.

It does seem kind of silly for CARTA not to go the airport. I wonder if it went there...

When I was in Denver, I found that the local buses went to the airport.

I wonder if there was service to the airport at one time, and it was canceled due to "lack of ridership," or if it was just a projection.

...of the airplanes.
Not much point in a bus route that nobody would use.
If you can afford to fly, you can afford a cab.

If only we were a bigger city and could get cheaper airfare prices...

Not to mention that Groome Transportation isn't located ANYWHERE NEAR the airport. What's up with that? I remember using them for the first time 4 years ago, first going to the airport to inquire. Airport shuttle? In East Ridge? Oh...of course. Silly me!
