I recently purchased a house and it has in it a Summit Lifts, Inc. stair chair lift.
It is in really good condition and works great. Here are some things that I know for sure about it.
* Simple installation * Mounts to the stairs - not the wall * Extruded aluminum track * Track only takes up 10” of staircase and chair folds to 14” from wall * Foot or finger-activated call controls for wall or floor mounting at top and bottom of stairs * Constant-pressure controls stop the lift the instant you release the control * Limit switches automatically shut unit off at the top and bottom of the stairs * Wide, comfortable seat swivels 90° toward landing at each level for safe and easy enter and exit * Safety switch prevents lift from running when seat is not in proper position * Operates on standard household current, 115 VAC, 15 AMP minimum grounded circuit * Smooth starts and stops
This units track measures 137" from top to bottom. I have a total on 9 steps that it was mounted on.
I took several pictures of it prior to removing it and I also took a video of it going from top to bottom and back again. If you would like to see more pictures or the video, I will be glad to send them to you. These units sell for over $2000 new and I am letting this one go cheap at $700. Bring cash and I am flexible.

I know cash is better, but if it starts looking like nobody wants it you could donate it to lots of places, and then take the 2k tax break.
