City to require permits for parties. I do know a few that organize parties, not "flash parties" that will no longer hold events in Chattanooga. *** click here ****

"-Event does NOT have a liquor license or a beer permit"
"If a permit isn't applied for, consequences include shutting down the party immediately and a possible meeting with the beer board."
Idiots!

So you will now have to have a permit for a wedding reception? AND a beer permit and liquor licenses ??

(Yes, I'm slow to read thing sometimes.) What's this going to mean to future Notta Parties? Does having at least one off duty police officer attending negate the rules?

at the "normal" notta party.
we have "security" There is no booze... we don't drink... really... no really... almost never are there fifty people and always, the person with the permit hasn't got there yet, but we expect him any minute.
either that or we're not "a" party, we're several really small parties that happen to be in the same place.
