Channel 3's newspaper partner, The Chattanooga Times Free Press, presents the first annual Life: An Expo for Boomers & Seniors on August 15. The event will run 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Chattanooga Trade & Convention Center.

What a visual...a sea of floral-print jogging outfits and walking shoes with those little springs on the heels...
Aside from the goofy name (I really dislike the label "boomer"), I think this Expo is a good idea, even tho' 7p is past my bedtime. Need to close up about 4 so we can make the Early-Bird All-You-Can-Eat Buffet with Senior Citizens' Discount.
Betty White reportedly had quite a reputation in Hollywood many years ago. Either this new breed of interviewer doesn't know or is afraid to ask.

This EXPO should do well, especially with Betty White being the draw. And the admission price is affordable for those Senior Citizens. Thanks TFP for putting this together and giving me another project to do.

I like Betty White, and those of us over 50 get a discount. And as far as the line of cars coming in...I plan on roller blading there.
