Those are generally called 'Gazing Balls' and you can find them in the lawn & garden sections. Finding such a nice, clear silver/chrome one would be the hard part. They are normally colored. Hobby Lobby has a nice sellection of them also. I like the cobalt blue ones, just because I love that shade of blue.
