Red Bank Development Seems Like A Traffic Headache

This post is not meant to hurt Red Bank yet to inquire of the recent activity on the ridge behind the Waffle House on Dayton Blvd. What is being built there and where are the traffic studies? The traffic access to this development intrigues me. If the person living in a dwelling up there is working in downtown Chattanooga, perhaps they would take the tunnel route. But what will this do to the Signal Mtn. traffic that is turning left onto Signal Mtn. Blvd.? If this same person would take the interstate route that leads them towards Signal Mtn. Blvd, are they going to have to make a U turn to go back towards Dayton Blvd? Just a few simple questions for people I hope know better than I.
