a pharmacist asked me if I had been to the library and picked up a county discount card. I did today.
wish I had known about this earlier..
you go into the library and ask for a county discount card (they will give you several if you ask)
you present the card to the pharmacy and get on the average 22% off.
Its free and for everyone
yeah I'll take it.

Does this card work in conjunction with a prescription card or is it one or the other but not both?

I don't know. the thing to do would be to get one and hand them all to the pharmacist and see what happens. I have no insurance so any little bit helps.

Bob, are you considered disabled? You should be able to get Medicare and add part D for prescription coverage (not that it covers much)

It's not free. They deduct the cost out of your check each month.

Yes I am "disabled" but there is a 25 month waiting period before I'm eligible for Medicare.
