At whatever exact hour, the birthday of a great friend of mine and Babs, Billy Phillips. Gone since 1983, he would have been 67 today.
You share a birthday, Bob, with a great character, raconteur and performer appearing nightly on the boards of many happy hours.
Lifting a glass right now in his memory, and in honor of your natal anniversary.
