Saturday December 11 will be the Chattacon/Libertycon/Fantasci-Hallowcon combined Christmas Party!! Remember this is for all past present and future staff or folks that are interested!
We will start off with a covered dish dinner to be held at 6:00 P.M. in The Pennsylvania Station Room, between building 1 and 2, of the Chattanooga Choo-Choo. At 8:00 p.m., we are going to have the annual LibertyCon Christmas fun auction. The proceeds will be going to help offset the cost of the Christmas party this year and if there is any money left over, it will be donated to the con(s) charity of choice for this year. So dig into your closets and bring inyour Donations! I am planning on digging into my closet for books and other goodies.
Michael Ankenbrandt hospitality@libertycon.org will be the party coordinator for this year. If you know what you want to bring (hot dish, dessert, and so on) go ahead and bring it, but email Michael. If you don’t know what you want to bring, email Michael and ask – he will have a rough idea what we are lacking so he can steer your choice of dish, and not turn this into DessertCon or HotDogCon.
