Can someone please tell me how in the hell I'm suppose to restart FF?
I have exited all tabs, cleared cache, etc.... but it still will not restart. Even using the "Restart Firefox" add-on.

I have had that happen before and the only way I could fix it was to run the install and put a fresh copy on.

What do you mean by "restart"? If it won't close, just use the task manager to kill the process.

I installed "Silverlight", the Netflix web player and it will not complete until ff is restarted.

when it shows that message there should be a "restart" button. if not its on the "apps' window somewhere.
