I need a pet sitter. Apparently I waited too long to make reservations for Strega to board, and I promised Momma I'd go see her for the holidays.
So, anyone got a connection to share with me?

Wonder why you named her "Witch"? Anyway, Wolftever (wolftever.com) has a truly excellent boarding facility. A bit dear and uo toward Harrison, but well worth it. I've used them repeatedly for my four. Is also a vet.

HE is named Strega because I like it better than "Strider" which he was called before, and sounds close enough it was an easy transition for him.
That it's Italian for witch and a feminine noun makes no nevermind in this instance.

He was neutered by the rescue agency. I somehow doubt that he gives a rat's fart if the name I call him is assigned a feminine characteristic by other humans, nor does it matter a whit to me. I'd likely have used the name if he weren't neutered. I like the sound.

Back to Wolftever, I don't know if their boarding facility is any good, but I do like their vet staff. We've used them for our previous dog, and am now taking our new one there as well.

Boarded mine this fall. Their vet caught something my ex-regular vet missed and made excellent referral. If anything, their "spa" is even better. Again, view the website.
