(from an e-mail)
"Help us choose more channels!
Thanks to our 100% fiber optic network and our customers' outstanding support, EPB Fiber Optics continues to grow every day. One of our next big steps is to add a batch of new SD and HD channels to Fi TV, and we need you to help choose the new channels! To make it easy for you to share your thoughts, we have put together a new survey that lets you review possible new channels and choose your favorites. If you haven't already taken our channel survey, we'd love to hear from you! Just click here. We are committed to offering a rich variety of high-quality SD and HD channels that appeal to customers with varied interests. So any thoughts or suggestions you have are valuable and much appreciated! Thank you for your help!"
That came to me from the EPB (I guess) because I use their fiber. Do other TV sources do such a thing?

Gary said no tv or radio talk here take it to the other forum you've been warned. Maybe he only means that when it's negative to his employer not sure. But don't push it..

We are also talking about telephone and internet "SERVICES" JS And in speaking of the spirit of Mr Poole's request he was referring to a single stations or station cluster actions. "We" in this case are talking about a new service in Chattanooga.
What I believe is happing with you here is what I would call sour grapes. So best thing you can do is mash them up, add some sugar, a little yeast.

Why can't you get those little printed cards from the cable company that tells you where all your channels are? You know, the nice ones they used to send on the heavy stock with lamination on it so you could actually KEEP it.
*sigh* I actually kind of miss the days when you actually tuned in the number of the channel you wanted to watch.... instead of dealing with I have ComCast at work, EPB at home and Satellite at my mother-in-laws. I never know where ABC is. Ghod help me if I want to watch History channel.

> I never know where ABC is.
I understand your confusion, Scarlettp. My TV uses rabbit ears and with the switch to digital signals, all my channels changed.
Now 3 is 3.1, 9 is 9.1, and 12 is 12.1. Woe is me. How can I ever keep up with all these changes?!?

I told EPB that I want to select the channels I wish to pay for rather than have a bunch that I don't want.
I've also discovered how to hide the unwanted channels on the remote so I don't have to look at them. No more shopping or religious channels...or MTV, VH1, GAC, etc.

All I really want is Speed Vision and the History Channel. And Burn Notice, whatever channel that comes on.
