Why do I keep thinking that the water in these systems will be yellow?
These governmental (stress on mental) fools just need to bugger off and worry about balancing their own budgets instead of driving businesses out of business.

Heard an interesting conspiracy theory about this today. Its involves a new club called Track 29. Any ideas on where it will be and what their "niche" will be in the market?
Hint: Chattacon and Con Nooga will be short a LARGE amount of function space next year

Well Track 29 is the new music venue at the Choo-Choo. If the sprinkler ordinance goes through as is, this place would essentially kill JJ's Bohemia. Track 29s only other downtown competition would be Rhythm & Brews.

Andrea said about a dozen times in a row "We are not targeting nightclubs", then spent the next 20 minutes not backing that up one bit.

Track 29s only other downtown competition would be Rhythm & Brews. Just go ahead and say it: It's Jon Kinsey's son's place. Does all this nightclub/sprinkler stuff make sense NOW? P.S. this was my 6,606th post. OOOoooooooo.....

What happened to the "Grandfather clause", that is usually used in cases like this?
