Ok, so I just pulled firefox down for my new laptop so I could browse ad-free with the adblock add-on and discovered my Firefox doesn't have the FLASH player. Explorer didn't need me to download it though.
I've not downloaded Flash again, it seems redundant. I am wondering if Explorer also has an adblock option. I'd rather not load down my laptop with redundancy. Anyone have an alternate options or suggestions?

when you installed the flash player it didn't install the firefox plugin because you didn't have firefox. re-installing flash will update/install only what is needed..
I use and love chrome because i can sync my shortcuts from computer to computer

I just can't get past the Chrome user interface. I guess I'd rather have quick access to the stuff on my bookmarks toolbar than the extra screen real estate.
