I'm looking for some paved bike paths. Please, no streets with a bike lane or other such paths with vehicle traffic, as I don't wanna be rund' over.
Please and danke!

Besides the river park?
If you don't mind a 90 mile drive, Tims Ford State Park has about 7 miles of paved bike/foot paths. Was there last week, gorgeous. One night we say 28 deer. One morning I saw a giant red tail hawk (they rehabilitate them there).

Yes, other the the river park. It's nice but it doesn't take very long to get from the dam to the vets bridge. The battlefield is also enjoyable but has too much traffic for my comfort.
Thanks for the suggestion.

There are paved bike trails out at the New Enterprise South Nature Park as well as off road trails. www.hamiltontn.gov/esnp/

You can also ride Chickamauga Battlefield. It does not really have dedicated paved bike trails but plenty of paved road and unpaved trails.
