If you get the chance to install IE9, don't do it yet. The screens sometimes turn to doodoo on my Vista Home Basic machine.

I used Chrome and liked it but went back to Firefox with version 4. Firefox got smaller and is now using a minimalist interface like Chrome or the more classic looking interface.

I figured a fix for IE9 would be forthcoming, but it didn't happen, so I uninstalled 9 this morning, and so far, so good. (Vista Home Basic platform.) Thank goodness the uninstall worked flawlessly.

iE anything (except perhaps six) has always been vulnerable and buggy, at least in my experience.
I love chrome but frequently have to use firefox because the site I'm accessing doesn't support chrome or thinks it doesn't. And then there are plug-ins for firefox that aren't available anywhere else.
