Has anyone who lost Comcast service still without it? We are grateful for power but internet would be nice.

The Worm-in-law was without cable and Internet until Sunday. She could not get through on the phone, so she sent an email on Saturday and it was restored on Sunday. Hope you are back in service soon!

Just now I looked around at the modem, and it was synched! I am online for the first time since 9:04 Wednesday morning. Barbara's new droid is a fantastic machine, but it is so nice to have a choice.
I am sorry for all those who not only don't have internet, but who are still waiting for power. Seven days. A catastrophe in so many ways more serious than internet down and other inconveniences.

I hear ya... I hate to complain about still not having internet & cable (I'm at work now) when there are so many others that lost their homes... but I haven't seen a Charter truck in Ringgold yet... and there's been a LOT of trucks in and out.
The 'ole Chatt Message Forum just isn't the same on my ancient Blackberry...

My Comcast service never went completely out but has been intermittent and slow at times since the storms. Comcast said that could happen until they got everyone up and running again.

I am with EPB for everything, when power came back on yesterday evening we also had internet and phone right away.
