The South Chattanooga Recreation Center in St. Elmo is still open; just show up if you need food and/or shelter.
If you need shelter at the Red Cross shelter in Sequatchie Co, please call 653-9931 for a Red Cross volunteer.
St. Therese of Lisieux Parish is still serving as a Red Cross shelter in Bradley Co., call 476-8123 for further information.
For shelter and food in Rhea Co, please call 433-827-2829 for a Red Cross volunteer. Central Baptist Church in Spring City is serving as a Red Cross shelter.
The 1st Southern Baptist Church in Pikeville is providing shelter in Bledsoe County. Please call 423-827-2806 for a Red Cross volunteer.
The Red Cross has a full volunteer pool for disaster relief and is no longer seeking volunteers; however financial assistance is still urgently needed. Donations can be made to the local chapter by visiting www.redcross.org, or by mailing a check to: 801 McCallie Avenue, Chattanooga TN, 37403.
