Just a couple of months ago, Reader's Digest published an article called "Fifty Things your Pilot Won't Tell You".

As an infrequent flyer who goes vast distances occasionally, I found every damn one of them true. These regionals seem to be the problem as I never have any trouble with the majors in large markets.

Delta sucks! As a "Million miler" I have had my fair share of experiences with Delta, both good and bad. In the late 90's/2000's their service was fairly good. IF you were at least Gold Medallion the service was outstanding. Today it blows regardless of your flying status. My desire is for them to go bust and maybe, just maybe a companay that actually cares about it's customers will emerge. I doubt it but maybe....
