Sports Hall of Fame Offering Free Admission to Active Duty Military, Veterans and Their Families This Weekend
In honor of our veterans, the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame is offering free admission to all active military, reservists, veterans and their families for Memorial Day weekend.
“This is a small way that we can say thank you to the men and women that have served or are currently serving this great nation,” said Dr. Bill Emendorfer, president of the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame.
The Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame is a 7,200-square-foot museum located in the first floor of Bridgestone Arena, at 501 Broadway [in Nashville?]. The museum features interactive games and exhibits showcasing Tennessee athletes and sporting events.
Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for children, senior citizens and people who are part of groups of 10 or larger.
The Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame is open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. For Memorial Day weekend, the museum will also be open during those same hours on Sunday.
