here's what the Nightfall brass have done.
they jacked up their beer prices. then offered a "discount" online knowing that most people will not buy the online "deal."
just another gimmick that makes Nightfall a considerable extra amount of money & tricks some people into thinking they are getting a deal.

I doubt that Nightfall makes any "extra" money above and beyond expenses. Undoubtably not a "considerable" amount anyway.
A savings of $20.00 is hardly a "trick". Cheap, no. Compared with buying a beer at Riverbend or Bell South Park or Turner Field where you don't get a quantity discount it's not a bad deal.

You also have to keep in mind that those beer prices are a bit high but its offset by your admission fee.

well whatever nightfall, er,.. River City Co. does or does not make is nothing I'm concerned about right now.
but they most definitely do now make more per beer purchased b/c they raised the price but have offered a way to "save" by buying online tickets that are the same cost as you used to pay. while driving web traffic.
it's not a trick, never said it was,... it's a sales tactic that has seemed to work quite well

Alocohilics will pay any price for a beer. What is it with this town thinking they got to have a beer at every event. Hav'nt had enough DUI killings yet..grow the eff up

Bryan, please revisit the 3rd sentence of reply#2 where you say it "tricks some people into thinking they are getting a deal."
Sorry to hear you have such a problem with "alocohilics" in Cleveland WL.

-brushing away the babbling and bs- This is the deal. They have raised the price of Big River draft beer from $4 to $5. The price for other beer and wine was already $5 before this year. Don't bother with buying them online. This deal is available at Nightfall. At the beer & wine ticket tables you can buy tickets for all adult begerages for $5 a ticket, or $80 will get you 20 tickets. If you come down to Nightfall, drop by the table with all the papillons and say hi! I'll be there

my bad. I did say "trick"
I guess my point is it's an illusion of a deal when it's really just a way to make more money and drive people to their website.
Here's the best part. I've never bought a drink @ Nightfall in my life. But I've never been there w/o a drink.
