I have a customer who's home was devastated by the tornado that hit Cleveland, total loss. Got there today and he had gotten a big check from Fema, so he had gone out and bought a motorcycle, came to work and told them he quit and was going out to buy his wife a motorcycle also. 6 months from now this guy will be flat broke and looking for another handout.
