A Jacksonville, Fla.-based company has subleased a portion of a building on General Motors’ Spring Hill campus for a call center that could employ 300 people. TRG Customer Solutions has begun hiring up to 100 employees to occupy its 50,000 square feet of space in the Northfield building starting Oct. 3. By year-end, it plans to have ramped up staffing to 300. the rest of the story******* Good news for Maury county. Seems the biggest thing I ever hear or know about Chattanooga is how hard it is to find good jobs (where "good" is a matter of opinion of course. Some figure a job serving fries at McD's is "good")

Convergys is a call center in Chattanooga. Constantly got the shingle out to hire new people. Last time I had a bit of "insider information" phone rep turnover there was 178% that year. Coincidentally, Convergys also has a call center in Jacksonville.
On a related note, what we see as a "crappy job" serving fries at McD's, our grandparents saw as an "opportunity". Of course, that was before all the "entitlements".
