If I was Rossville or Ft. Oglethorpe I would be courting Trader Joe's to build there. But I also think that the citizens of Tennessee should hit the streets with pitchforks and torches demanding local referendums on allowing wine sales where beer is sold. We finally got that for Sunday alcohol sales in Georgia.
