Has anyone noticed that Jack FM doesn't come through in stereo? Does anyone know why? A person would think that every radio station that plays music would be in stereo.

I have no knowledge of their specific problem, but I know the WAWL operated for quite a while in "simulated stereo" (read "mono" on two channels) in the past. Transmitters can be a pain in the neck, and engineers do the best they can with what they have. Think paper clips, bubble gum, duct tape, and hay baling wire. It's not like stations enjoy spending money keeping the gear working right.
Out of curiosity, are you hearing just one channel or are you hearing both channels in monaural?

Where is Jack now? It isn't on the preset I used to use.

Jack is found at 93.9... and I am hearing it in both speakers... my radio is not showing the Stereo text on my radio in my car. All the other stations that play in stereo light up that text.

Situation: Not stereo light on just one station
Possible Reason: Station may not be running enough power for your distance from transmitter to pick up the stereo signal.

I live in the Collegedale area.... is that too far? I wish someone else would try it to see if it does the same thing on their radio...
