When businesses move into "old" parts of the city don't they just create more vacant buildings in other parts of the city? Over time those buildings will become less valuable and soon not even resale shops will want them. For a dozen years then the cycle would begin again.... [shrug] *** article that made me think of this here ***

[shrug] *** article that made me think of this here *** It sounds like Craftworks was going to have to find new digs due to their growth. In a vibrant, growing economy one would expect the old digs to then be occupied by a new start up business or a smaller business also experiencing growth that can fit into Craftworks old digs. This may be something that is achieved over time.
