Just wondering who you think will win this year? Could make for an interesting one this year with Lance back in the pack and seems to be peaking as the Tour draws nearer. Also, for those interested, Versus is hosting their Fantasy Cycling Challenge again this year. It's been fun the last couple of years just to see how I've done against their commentators. fantasy.versus.com/cycling/index.aspI set up a Group "Chatt Forumites" for anyone interested in joining.

What a cool stage! Lance just jumped into 3rd after the peleton split chasing down the breakaway... Cavendish is in great form, Contador is still in strong contention and I'm LOVING Cancellara's ride so far.
Too bad about Vandevelde breaking his shoulder. It'll be odd not hearing his name called out as the tour goes on. Can't wait till tomorrow. Should be another sprint finish, so I expect we'll be seeing Cavendish putting more nails in Boonen's coffin. I don't think Boonen's got his head in this race.

Hey WK, check the stages again. Tomorrow is Team Time Trial. Don't think there will be a sprint on that one.
I was thrilled to see Lance make that move today. I've got Cancellara on my Fantasy team, so I'm loving things right now as well.
The commentators made some comment about Boonen having other things on his mind, but they didn't elaborate.
BTW, remember that tomorrow's stage is the last time you can make any changes to your roster. They lock them after Stage 4, then you can only change starters and bench.

Yeah, I wasn't paying attention. TTT should be fun:-D
Boonen probably has all the controversy over whether he doped or not going through his head. I mean, he wasn't sure they'd let him even race it.

TTT was incredible!!! 2/10ths of a second is all that separates Lance from the Mailot Jaune!! Can't wait to see how the rest of this unfolds!

Me too, though I wish that Versus locked the rosters after yesterday's stage. You should see all the teams that loaded their rosters just with Astana and maybe Cancellara for today's stage. Guarantee that those won't be their rosters after they are locked!! I'm leaving mine as it is, I'm happy now with my team!!

Same here. I did NOT load up specifically for the TTT. I set mine to where I want to keep it so I don't have to spend time later re-arranging it.

Guess they did it for prizes, but don't guess they realize that prizes don't start until tomorrow's stage!! I think I finished with a little over 1200 points for the practice period, today really helped as I had a few from Astana in my lineup, plus Fabian and some of the Columbia riders.

Yesterday's stage was awesome, bringing Voekler his first stage win after a bold move I think I'd gotten too jaded to think could work. So happy for him!
Today, Thor Hushovd! Glad I kept him on my team. I should get some nice points from today.

Well, I didn't do too well today, though I did move Freire over from the bench yesterday, so I'll get his 2nd place points as well as Cancellara's 10th place plus yellow jersey.
Glad Thor won today!! He's been due for a while and Voeckler winning yesterday was great!
Onward to the mountains!!!

Exciting stage today!! Shook up the standings a bit, but don't think they'll stay this way very long.
Forgot to move my climbers off the bench last night, so don't think I did as well as I could have. Had Martinez sitting on my bench, but changes have been made for tomorrow's stage so I should be good to go. We'll see, after all, it's the TOUR!! Anything can happen and usually does!!

Well, I was busy all day today, but what I did catch, said nothing in the standings changed much from yesterday. Contador is still 6 seconds behind the leader and Lance is 8 seconds back. Commentators are thinking it's going to come down to Mont Ventoux the day before Paris and it will probably be between Lance and Alberto!! Going to be interesting!!!

At the rate Astana is going, I would not be the least bit surprised if they put 3 on the podium in Paris!!

WooT!
Maybe after I've rested I'll catch up on their racing from the weekend. Too tired now, considering I just had a moment of trying to remember what city I'm in.

Hey Cat!!! Exciting stages the last couple of days!! Can't wait to get home tonight to watch today's stage. I really want to find out how badly Jens Voigt was hurt. He apparently crashed on final descent and has withdrawn, but nothing on how badly he was hurt. Got to switch my team up a bit now that he is out.

I'm sort of going along with the commentators. Lance has something to prove on Ventoux and I think he's waiting for then.
