Mayor Ron Littlefield is going to have to find another way to fund his proposed assessment of gangs in Chattanooga. Members of the Chattanooga City Council declined the mayor's request that $75,000 of funds once allocated for the now-defunct Tennessee Multicultural Chamber of Commerce be spent on a study of the gang threat.
