You send an email to one of your vendors stating they need to deliver the product ordered by mid-day Friday or you're removing someone's thumb with a spork.

LOL Normal behavior and behavior with co-workers is usually different. I normally don't threaten my vendors.
At least, not with a spork. Normally I just threaten to give the work to a competitor.
