Several calls were made to the Catoosa County 911 center on January 6th. "A guy just came in and starting shooting people at Hutcheson Medical Center." "Everyone started running. I heard all these people screaming outside my office," was the call from another witness. One by one, calls flood the Catoosa County 911 office as accused killer James Benson allegedly fires shots at his wife, Mary Sue Benson, and mother in-law, Charlotte Johnson. I remember when Parkridge Medical Center armed their security staff. After one hole in the floor and another in a wall they decided to go a less lethal route.

That is a lack of training issue, as well as hiring competent people.
I love how some companies justify the need for security guards but are not willing to pay for competency. They then reduce the guards due to a liability issue, but maintain the same low competency that caused the original issue.
