Romney will flip out on someone during the debates. I'm sure of it. I'm hoping it's Chris Wallace.

It's hard for me to believe that Romney would make a mistake like this. But even if he did I'd rather talk about his proposed economic policies that doesn't seem to reduce government spending, only change who its paid to. I'm also concerned about his foreign policy that doesn't seem to have any direction. There is just way too many policy questions about Romney for me to be concerned about before I concern myself with whether he had actually retired from Bain Capital when he said did or not. It just seems to me to be a bit of misdirection.

Political silly season, expect more to come. If Romney wants to have any chance at being elected he needs to come clean about his overseas accounts and prior year tax returns. Anything short of that and it looks like he is trying to hide something. Hell I don't blame him for tax sheltering his money as long as it was done legally. To tell the truth there isn't a dimes worth of difference between the two when you get right down do it.

Well, aside from apologizing to antagonists and friends alike for being American, I'm curious about a Government that would deliver Egypt into the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood (did you see the crowds hurling rotten food and SHOES at Hill--er, I mean the SECRETARY OF STATE'S motorcade shouting "Monica!Monica!"?), while at the same time relentlessly tracking and killing the most wanted terrorists with a fervor and apparent lack of concern for diplomatic consequences that would gladden the hearts of J.Edgar Hoover and Barry Goldwater.
That, and the schizoid approach to managing the economy gives me pause.

Figures, a cop would prefer a military strongman who kept his boot on the throat of his people over a popularly elected government. Guess what, the rest of the world doesn't give a shit what WE want! Just like here, if they don't like where their current representatives are taking the country, then they can change it in 4 years.

Don't know what the cycle of Egyptian elections is, but I'll be betting the Brotherhood NEVER relinquishes control of the Government of Egypt voluntarily. You underestimate these people and their culture, and your unbridled hatred of apparently anything representing authority has unbalanced your view.
Must be the heat; emulating 'aceman's antics hardly suffices for a realistic world view.

Anymore then Mubarak and the military did. Turkey is, hopefully, an example of a democratically elected president who is Islamist yet (so far) supports democracy. But THAT is the issue; a nation choosing for themselves how they are governed and dealing with the consequences, unlike the USA imposing it's will by denying free elections (post-colonial Viet Nam) or assassinating elected leaders of whom we disapproved (Vietnam, Chile's Allende).
