I LOVE PEEPS!!!!
As far as what i just ate, my homemade spaghetti with ricotta Parmesan sauce and some garlic bread. Was gonna have venison cube steak (marinated in Italian dressing) wrapped over a jalapeno, and grilled, but Jeremy was too tired to make them, so we settled for Spaghetti.....

I had a large bowl of "spicy" Special Noodle Soup at Best China in East Ridge (next to the Food Lion on Ringgold Rd). With a side order of steamed rice to add to the broth once all the vegetables (and other critters) are gone, it's quite a meal. And DELICIOUS!

Last night's dinner was absolutely wonderful if I do say so myself.
Perfectly grilled pork chops, broccoli casserole, buttered noodles and sliced tomatoes. Mmmmmmmmmmmm!

Well, after thinking about all this food, I decided to have a turkey and cheddar cheese on wheat sandwich w/cucmber salad (fresh garden cucumbers in apple cider vinegar, sugar, basil, pepper, onion & just a dash of hot sauce). This salad only gets BETTER the longer it soaks in the fridge....

Tea.....lots of it-no need for food just yet.Maybe once I've gotten every last one of these kids out of my house I'll consider cooking something.
First day of all of them going off to school always turns out this way.

Just had a baked potato (from the grill last night) covered in chunky salsa......mmmmmmm!
(BTW---1 tablespoon of salsa = 5 calories and is much tastier than butter/sour cream)

Currently just drinking about my third cup of this "moon cycle tea" that is supposed to help with cramps etc. I couldn't find the other homeopathic tea I usually drink but hubby found this and it's got alot more junk in it to help this or that related to this accursed time of the month. I imagine later on when Ares is gone for school and hubby is up I'll make some spicy asian noodles with beef (adding to global warming hah!)
