Subway "chicken, bacon, ranch wrap" and a sprite. I lost 14 lbs of winter fat on this diet eating it twice a day for 3 weeks.
Now I am used to it and eat it every day or two just to keep under the 165 mark. Target - 155

I had "monkey hips and rice." Essentially, black beans on rice with cheese, salsa and a dollop of sour cream. I'm baking dessert right now.
Goal weight of 155? At my height and build I'd be accused of anorexia if I dropped down that much.

Clay Station Old Vine Zinfandel is breathing on the dinner table.

I just finished some leftover roast beef, scrubbed potatoes, carrots & celery (all slow-cooked together for about 6 hours). One of my all-time favorite meals. If I only had some very dark pumpernickle or rye bread, it would have been perfect.

You won't believe this, I don't even believe it myself and I'm the one who ate the damn things.
A box of Peeps.
They were on sale at CVS for $.35 for a box of five, and since I haven't eaten a marshmallow Peep since I was six, I thought it most appropriate to splurge and chow down upon the little chicks.
And boy were they good.......and good for you.
Tomorrow night, who knows? I might live on the wild side and eat a Suzie Q. Now if that's not a package full of nutritional value.......

Harley, someone gave me some of those "sale" peeps the other day! There are two packs left - well, there will probably be only one left by this afternoon. Oh wait! Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day is today. Okay, one package of peeps left by tomorrow afternoon!
