Made some (sorta) spicy chow-chow last night with the last of the green tomatoes and peppers left from the estate. Turned out edible.

Sterzing's potato chips! They are hands down the best chips I have ever had. The problem is you can’t buy them here so I have them shipped from the manufacture in Burlington Iowa

I've not heard of Sterzing's...I'll have to try some in future.
My wife is preparing breakfast-dinner: Sausage gravy over biscuits & hash browns.

Homemade (by me) pizza with lots of cheese, and topped with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and little hot peppers. Not bad, if I do say so. (are you reading this at work, Babs?)

Fantastic, ultra-delicious homemade fajitas:
build fire in pit (used dogwood, no less) cut up onions & bell peppers & sirloin tip steak add cayenne pepper, lime juice... and a swig of beer place all in cast iron skillet; place over fire drink the beer til dinner is ready
I ate 3 of them before slowing down for a drink of water!

Cranberry sauce and a bit of brocolli casserole. The people that had to work today all contributed something to the buffet stretched out over 2 conference sized tables!

soda crackers. I'm having to pull a very rare 12 hour all nighter tonight. I brought some food, but I'm tired, my stomach and head hurt, and my eyes feel gritty. I'm cold, lonely and throwing a pity party. Luckly, we've been slow.

Poor baby. *checking clock* A little less than two hours, and you'll be off. Life is not fair, but you are a blessing to those you serve.
