Eating the remainder of a Zaxby's Blue salad........yum!!!
Off topic but, did Livesavers change their flavorings in the last few years? I had some from one of those bags just the common ones and they tasted completely different than I remembered. Also...Pastrami is my favorite sandwich. Has anyone tried Subway's yet? I see the commercial and it looks good but, haven't tried it yet.

LifeSavers is always updating its flavors. I wish I could find some Butter Rum LifeSavers....none of the stores I frequent carry that flavor.
I am currently sipping Earl Grey tea.

Ketchup, lemon juice, on a hot dog bun.
I have no idea how it came about. So stop fucking judging me.

"Anyone have a good low fat breading recipe?"
Spray frying pan lightly with cooking spray. Toss in some shaved almonds, a dash of thyme, and a pinch of basil. Place fish in pan and let cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste. Turn fish over. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes in pan and salt & pepper to taste. Repeat the above two steps, only at 1 minute intervals until the fish is done. Quickly place all ingredients in pan on a warmed plate. Spritz with lemon juice. ENJOY!
(There's no such thing as low-fat breading.)
I just had a chocolate chip brownie from Sam's Club.....pretty good!

Thank you-next night that is fish night, I will definitely have to try. I think I was trying to convince myself that there HAS to be a low fat breader somewhere. But alas, untrue.

The easiest way to make it less fattening is to bake it with the breading instead of frying. Specialty foods makers, such as Dixie Diners, makes all kinds of low fat, low carb products including breading. If nothing else, you can buy reduced fat Bisquick.

Some people will simply roll the fish in bread crumbs, as well....why ruin a good thing?
I'm having Sam's Club Rising Dough pizza.....4 cheese I think it's called.

I baked it with the breading that I had on hand, but was wondering if someone had a special low fat type of breading if there is one. Thanks

Off topic but, did Livesavers change their flavorings in the last few years? I had some from one of those bags just the common ones and they tasted completely different than I remembered. If you mean the original "five flavour" roll yeah they changed it hence my no longer buying it anymore. If memory serves pineapple, lemon and lime were the offending flavours that needed changing.Sadly those were the flavours I bought that stupid roll for in the first place. LifeSavers is always updating its flavors. I wish I could find some Butter Rum LifeSavers....none of the stores I frequent carry that flavor. I rarely see that flavour in the little rolls any longer but if you look in the aisle of your store where the candy is-you might find some in one of those little bags of lifesavers where each piece is individually wrapped inside-that's how I have to get my butterrum fix. Or you could buy your kids a lifesaver storybook and raid their butterrum out and replace it with five flavour

Just finished my lengthy breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, biscuit; earlier had a banana and an orange. Small pot of coffee put away as well.
That is probably my major food intake for the day. *burp*

I was at the Walgreen's on N. Market tonight and forgot to look for them. There won't be a butter rum lifesaver in town by the time we all look for them. Then, maybe they will re-order a bunch.

No....I have just recently lost some weight that I'd rather keep off, but I still eat basically whatever I feel like eating....just in moderation (like the TWO butter cookies I just ate, rather than the TEN I USED to eat).

It always sounds like you are eating such good/healthy stuff! I just ate a scoop of chicken salad and a cup of creamy chicken mushroom soup! Yummy. I did eat it in moderate portions.

HAHAHA!!! Well, I found some of the Butter Rum Lifesavers last night (Cleveland Walgreens, Ocoee St.) Um, don't bother looking for more, cuz I bought all six bags If anyone would like some, I'll be bringing them to the Christmas party Saturday (if there's a chance I'll see you before then & you'd like some, just ask or PM!) Sometimes I go for months without them, and love when someone else finds & shares Billy
