Have you taken the subway challenge?
I weighed 174 lbs in January, which is 20 lbs heavier than I have ever weighed in my life at my biggest. At 22 I weighed 135 lbs. Then until I was 27 I weighed 140 lbs, then the closer I got to 30, the more I gained. At 30 I popped the scales at 168 lbs in Oct.
Today I weigh 158 lbs. After 3 weeks of Subway food and Sprite to drink, no cokes at all. I was doing even better on just straight water, but they removed the water I like to drink from the shelves at Pruett's and FM so now I dunno where to find it. They carry every flavor of AquaCal EXCEPT Black Cherry, which is what I like.
Subway has made the STUPID decision to remove deli sandwiches from their menu, which was something I liked because the portions were smaller, however the wraps are close enough and quite filling.
I did not do much more as far as activity, just cut my fat and calorie intake and lost about 14 lbs. One week I exerted myself a bit more outside doing things to see how much more I could burn and lost 4 lbs that week above the normal. Too bad I am lazy, I could just burn the calories off. ;D Lowering the calories and fat from the food I was eating made a huge difference without even having to push myself into a workout.
Now that it's warm I am more active, but still eat the subway diet to stay slim. It helps a lot.
174 lbs is not really fat, it just puts a small gut on me and I hate that. Not really big on workouts, I wanna spend my time having fun out doors. The low fat Subway diet worked for me
Anyone else take the Subway challenge?
