Ate there night before last with friends. Their salad bar is wonderful. They have an avocado based dressing that was absolutely delicious. I had their chicken pot pie. I highly recommend it. My only issue was that I felt the tables were too close together. It seemed cramped and crowded. Then again, my friend thinks it's because I am taking up more room than I am accustomed to. There was waddling room but just barely.

Tried to take my wife there for lunch the other day - seems they don't open until after 4. Have tried other locations & was always satisfied - just letting people know...

I love Ruby Tuesday's salad bar. I just wish they still had that Vinaigrette they had years ago.

I ate there with my daughter this week and had outstanding service!! Our food was good, didn't take a long time and arrived hot. The waitress kept everything coming without interupting a conversation (barely noticed when she refilled our water) checked on us just the right amount of times and only asked us if there was anything else we needed when we did not have a mouth full of food... I hate that... it's like some of them wait for you to take a bite...or just ignore you completely. She knew the menu and the wine menu well. I hope the next time I am there I am seated at one of her tables.

Even the Longhorn next to it is good enough to make me want to smack my Grandma--and I don't like Longhorn. Must be Good Earth there...or the Sweet Power of Best Buy™.

There was waddling room but just barely. Not sure about the room in the place but I know when I was pregnant places which previously had always seemed just right as far as spacing etc (restaurants and whatnot) suddenly seemed alot more crowded. Then again when I was pregnant I had some serious personal space issues in general.

"or the Sweet Power of Best Buy™."
You may be onto something there....
"Then again when I was pregnant I had some serious personal space issues in general."
Balance is more an issue right now.

Balance is more an issue right now. Had that issue as well but it was nothing compared to the personal space issues.

I decided to hit this place last night as that I have always been fond of Ruby Tuesdays.
My first thought was "What a design nightmare" When you walk in there is very little space for sitting and waiting. The fresh bar is so close to the door that it is basically right up against the waiting area, I didnt like that. The kitchen is also very close to the bar and fresh bar. All of these things this close together causes such a congestion problem. What I did like was the new/upgraded atmosphere and decor. RT has gone away from the feeling you are at a Applebee's or Bennigans and changed it to a more upscale appeal.
I decided to go for the Mini Burgers and Freshbar combo ($8.99) Which is a great price considering the portions of food you get. The Freshbar was great as usual and the Mini Burgers were just the same. The Burgers were topped with onion strings, but mine and my dates barely got a one one there. All the same they were very juicy and fresh. I will be back

What the hell is a "fresh bar"?

Unlike most restaurants selling stale food on a salad bar Ruby Tuesday's sells only fresh food on their salad bar.

Ah, marketing term. Why not just call it a salad bar and be done with it?
