On April 12, 2007 at approximately 04:51am the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a Armed Robbery at the Mapco Convenience Store located at 6120 Hwy. 58 in Harrison, TN. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. The Investigation and video tape recovered from the store revealed the suspect was a White Male, 6’0 tall, 225 lbs, Brown Hair with a Brown Mustache, in his forty’s wearing a plaid jacket, light colored tee-shirt and blue jeans with white tennis shoes on.
The suspect entered the store at 04:46 am and went to the restroom, while another customer entered the store. Suspect left the store at 04:48 am. Suspect then left the parking lot in his vehicle. The customer inside the store left shortly after making a purchase.
At 04:51 am the suspect pulled back onto the parking lot in a gold colored Pontiac or Oldsmobile vehicle. Suspect entered the store at 04:52 am and told the clerk “This was a robbery to give him the money and she would not get hurt” and Suspect then placed his hand in the small of his back under his Jacket to represent the fact he had a weapon. The clerk gave him the money from the cash register. No weapon was ever displayed by the suspect during the robbery. The suspect fled the store and left the parking lot South on Hwy 58.
